Supervisory Case Manager (801 East)

PAY RATE: $27.00 PER HOUR. This rate is fixed and is not negotiable. Please do not apply if you are seeking a higher rate. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. You must currently reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and be able to commute to a Washington, DC worksite each business day. No relocation assistance is provided. Applications from outside the region will not be considered. Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, onsite. Position Summary Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Supervisory Case Manager on behalf of a government client in Washington, DC. Duties and Responsibilities The Supervisory Case Manager oversees daily case management operations by reviewing admissions, ensuring intake procedures are followed, and confirming that orientations, assessments, and referrals are completed accurately and in compliance with applicable standards. The Supervisory Case Manager supports Case Managers in assisting clients by establishing program schedules, monitoring coordination of services, and ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources, including transportation and supportive services. The Supervisory Case Manager monitors case activity by auditing documentation, verifying client attendance, and ensuring that staff appropriately advocate for services, and provides guidance during crisis interventions. The Supervisory Case Manager oversees the maintenance of client records by ensuring timely, accurate case notes, progress logs, and data entry, and reviews documentation for quality and compliance, providing coaching or corrective feedback as needed. The Supervisory Case Manager ensures that client progress is communicated effectively by overseeing weekly interdisciplinary meetings and reviewing evaluations. The Supervisory Case Manager oversees the discharge process by reviewing discharge plans and ensuring coordination of post-discharge requirements. The Supervisory Case Manager prepares and reviews reports by analyzing program data, treatment outcomes, service trends, and compliance statistics. The Supervisory Case Manager shall be able to perform and oversee required duties at any service location operated under this contract. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED Knowledge of case management operations, staff supervision and coaching, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and program reporting 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Must pass a background check prior to start date Residency Preference District of Columbia residents will receive special preference points in the selection process.
