Supply Chain Analyst - Capacity Planning

Develop and maintain capacity planning models for data center space, power, servers, and network resources. Forecast utilization, evaluate vendor proposals, build cost models, manage operational reporting, reconcile Finance and Operations data, and present recommendations for vendor selection and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity planning models for data center space, power, servers, and network resources.
• Forecast utilization and identify capacity constraints.
• Track provisioned versus active usage.
• Maintain capacity dashboards.
• Analyze and compare vendor proposals and quotes.
• Build cost-comparison models.
• Support procurement decisions with cost analyses.
• Monitor vendor pricing, terms, and performance.
• Develop and manage monthly reporting packages or dashboards.
• Compare committed capacity with billed actuals.
• Validate and reconcile Finance and Operations data.
• Present insights and recommendations for vendor selection, cost optimization, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent education and work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, capacity planning, cost management, or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and scenario modeling.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Fluent Portuguese and professional-level English.
• Experience in data center operations, network procurement, or telecom cost modeling.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• SQL or other data tools.
• Experience with DCIM, NetBox, or other infrastructure inventory systems.
• Strong quantitative reasoning, data analysis, communication, and presentation skills.
