Supply Chain Manager, GL Network Design and Operations

We are seeking a strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead the design and launch of our global supply chain network across . This individual will also spearhead Export Supply Chain projects aimed at driving expansion, speed and cost improvements across our international operations. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of managing complex, multi-regional supply chain transformations and a deep understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, and cross-functional leadership.

This role is critical to shaping our global supply chain strategy, optimizing our hub model, and ensuring the successful execution of export operations that support our growth in key international markets.

Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement global hub networks across LATAM, EU, and ASIA to support regional and global demand.
- Drive projects to reduce lead times, optimize landed costs, and enhance supply chain visibility.
- Improve customs processes, carrier selection, and export compliance to maximize efficiency.
- Deliver measurable cost savings and service level enhancements through targeted initiatives.
- Align regional leaders and external partners on global supply chain strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, inform decisions, and optimize supply chain processes.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to global supply chain disruptions.
