Analyst role mapping and designing end-to-end supply chain processes (logistics, warehousing, transport, planning) within Asahi Beverages' Digital team, using BPMN/BPM tools and SAP (S/4HANA WMS/TM) to drive operational excellence and digital transformation.
Your Impact
Drive operational excellence across one of the region's most dynamic supply chains. As Supply Chain Process Analyst within Digital, you will join the Business Process Efficiency team to analyse end-to-end supply value streams, from logistics and warehousing to transport and planning. You will turn operational insights into practical process designs that support Asahi’s growth and digital transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Map, analyse, and design end-to-end supply chain processes aligning with strategic business objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation in accordance with Asahi BPMN standards.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead root-cause analysis to deliver practical process improvements.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Data, and SAP teams to bridge operational needs with system functionality.
- Formulate interim transition states when technology or operational constraints prevent immediate target-state adoption.
- Analyse operational performance metrics to evaluate initiative outcomes and drive continuous process optimisation.
About You
- 3 to 7 years of experience designing or analysing supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing processes.
- Strong background in process mapping and BPM tools within complex organisations.
- Exposure to enterprise supply chain applications, particularly SAP (including SAP S/4HANA WMS/TM), route planning, or logistics management systems.
- FMCG, food, beverage, or distribution industry experience is highly advantageous.
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving, comfortable balancing strategic goals with daily operational realities.
- Excellent relationship builder who can communicate complex process changes clearly to site operations and executive teams alike.
