Supply Operations Manager
Manage the operational lifecycle of supplier contracts, reconcile invoices and payments, oversee supplier relationships, coordinate onboarding and capacity handoffs, track infrastructure and billing issues, and build scalable workflows, dashboards, and documentation for GPU supply operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplier contracts, order forms, amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
- Review commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, service-level commitments, notice periods, and termination provisions.
- Maintain a centralized source of truth for supplier agreements.
- Coordinate contract review, signing, and implementation with Legal, Finance, and Supply leadership.
- Track renewals, payment deadlines, notice periods, and contractual risks.
- Review supplier invoices against contracted rates, capacity, uptime, service credits, and usage data.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and recover service credits owed under supplier SLAs.
- Validate invoice accuracy before payments are approved.
- Track deposits, prepayments, recurring payments, true-ups, credits, and other financial obligations.
- Own supplier relationships, lead biweekly check-ins, and track action items and issues.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, capacity handoffs, testing windows, and operational readiness.
- Track infrastructure performance, downtime, maintenance, and billing-related issues.
- Design scalable workflows, templates, dashboards, and documentation.
- Report on supplier health, contractual obligations, invoice status, and unresolved risks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in operations, business operations, procurement, finance operations, vendor management, or a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex information accurately.
- Experience reviewing contracts, invoices, pricing terms, or financial reconciliations.
- Systems mindset and ability to improve operational processes.
- Strong project-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong judgment and ability to identify inconsistencies and escalate issues appropriately.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
- High level of ownership and ability to follow issues through to resolution.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and pricing, usage, and payment data.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, data centers, GPU providers, neoclouds, or technical infrastructure suppliers is preferred.
