Support Java Developer (French Speaker) | BPCE-SI
We are looking for skilled Support Java Developer for our BPCE-SI (Solutions Informatiques) team.
Main Responsabilities:
- Analyze and handle incidents on B2B credit applications.
- Diagnose malfunctions and propose corrective solutions.
- Ensure the tracking and resolution of tickets within the defined deadlines.
- Coordinate with the relevant technical and business teams.
- Document incidents and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Actively participate in all Agile team rituals and contribute to the smooth running of the team.
Hard Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years in application support or development.
- Knowledge of banking/financial environments is appreciated.
- Minimum of 3 years of Java development experience.
- Strong experience with Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Experience with Jira / Confluence.
- Experience with ServiceNow / Sun.
- Experience with Agile Methodology.
- Ability to navigate in a mainframe environment (DB2 querying).
- Strong communication skills in English and French.
