Roles and responsibilities

Shape and redefine audit processes with various stakeholders by leveraging the latest audit and process automation technologies.​
Play an essential role in projects aligned with your strengths and interests, such as:​
Core Task: Prepare the Audit Blueprint (KCw illustrative files) for Switzerland​
Independently assess the impact of methodology and tool changes​
Prepare and lead discussions with Swiss DPP for blueprint reviews​
Ensure consistency across all blueprints (FS, Enhanced, Standard, Insurance)​
Support our review team in programs like First Year Success and 2LoD​
Provide project support as needed: technology rollouts, AI initiatives, templating, training preparation​
Manage the KCw hotline for KRC offshore resources​
Contribute to ESG and other assurance deployments​
Deliver training and communication during official Audit education sessions (e.g., annual Audit Conference)​
Act as an Engagement Team Coach and promote centralized approaches (D and A, Shared Service Centre, offshoring)​
Support WFM audit teams during busy season to maintain practical audit experience​

This role is for you if you have the below

Educational qualifications

Degree in Commerce / Degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g.CA/ACCA/US CPA).
Additional certifications (if any)
Preferably Audit Corporates background.

Work experience

Relevant post qualification experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm.​
Industry Specific Experience is preferable.

Mandatory technical and functional skills

Strong knowledge of KPMG Audit Methodology (KAEG) and KCw (Standard and Enhanced workflow)​
Willingness to learn Swiss-specific audit requirements​
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail​
Previous coaching or training experience is a plus

Preferred technical and functional skills

Proficiency/Working knowledge of Adobe Professional would be an added advantage.
Proven project management and leadership skills, including leading offshore teams and mentoring.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
