System Administration Manager (IT Project & Service Management)

A reputable China-based Bank in Hong Kong is looking for System Administration Manager (IT Project & Service Management) in her IT Department

Job Description

• Provide service management and monitor service quality of outsourcing and insourcing service
• Prepare service reports for insourcing service
• Coordinate related teams to ensure compliance with service level agreement and procedures
• Ensure IT services provided are ISO20000 compliant
• Manage and monitor progress of IT Infrastructure projects

Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Information Technology
• Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks is preferred
• Experience in Project Management is preferred
• Process minded, proactive, and agile are an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
