Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with deepunderstanding of enterprise-level GenAI platforms and strong business acumen inthe banking domain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving UOB’sGenAI initiative by designing, coordinating, and implementing GenAI or AgenticAI–based solutions across business units.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise GenAI Platform Expertise
- Demonstrate strong technical and functional understanding of enterprise-grade Generative AI platforms.
- Translate platform capabilities into practical use cases tailored to bank operations and strategic priorities.
- Work closely with technology teams to ensure alignment with architectural, security, and compliance standards.
Banking Domain & AI Use-CaseDevelopment
- Apply knowledge of the banking domain to conceptualize impactful Agentic AI solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation, intelligent decisioning, and AI‑driven workflow optimization.
- Develop solution blueprints that align AI capabilities with business objectives.
Stakeholder Coordination &Value Chain Management
- Engage and coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders across business, technology, compliance, and operations.
- Establish and manage value chains and delivery frameworks for Agentic AI–driven initiatives.
- Ensure smooth adoption, governance alignment, and measurable value realization for all deployed solutions.
Domain Expertise:
- Good understanding of Banking Business Function and Processes, Enterprise GenAI architectures, tools, and platforms.
- Proven experience in banking or financial services, especially around digital transformation or AI initiatives.
- Hands‑on experience with GenAI/LLM-based solutions, preferably Agentic AI architectures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to connect business needs with AI capabilities to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Technical Skills:
- Enterprise GenAI Platform & Architecture: Expertise around LLM orchestration, RAG patterns (hybrid search, vector DBs), tool/function calling, multi‑tenant isolation, and API gateways
- Agentic AI Design & Engineering: Analyse and understanding of multi‑agent systems with planners, critics, and executors; implement tool ecosystems ( KYC/AML services, document parsers, workflow engines), and safety guardrails (policy engines, content filters, PII redaction).
- Banking-Grade Security, Risk & Compliance: Embed controls aligned to MAS , data residency, encryption (at rest/in transit), RBAC/ABAC, secrets management, audit trails, model/content governance (human‑in‑the‑loop), lineage, and explainability for regulated use cases (credit ops, compliance, ops risk).
- Evaluation, Observability & LangOps/MLOps: Establish eval suites around task success, hallucination, toxicity, bias, prompt/model drift detection, and continuous delivery of prompts, agents, and tools.
- Stakeholder Integration & Value Realization: Translate business workflows into AI blueprints; integrate with bank
Leadership & Communication:
- Over 3 years of experience in Banking data and analytics solutions, with functional and technical delivery resposnibilities.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead defect triage, resolution, and reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or Post graduation in management with relevant experience
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and solution design capabilities.
