System Analyst

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with 6+ years of experience (including 3+ years in system monitoring and event management) to design, implement, and manage enterprise monitoring solutions. The role focuses on OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager) and BHOM tools, along with integrating various monitoring platforms to ensure efficient event correlation and reduced alert noise.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring infrastructure health, configuring alerts, building dashboards, and managing reporting frameworks, while also contributing technically through scripting and automation. This role requires a hands-on engineer who can actively support system upgrades, infrastructure expansion, and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Required Skills

• Manage and optimize monitoring & event management tools (OEM, BHOM)
• Develop dashboards, reports, and alerting mechanisms
• Perform event correlation across systems, networks, and applications
• Support Oracle database administration (basic patching &vulnerability remediation)
• Execute system monitoring and operational health checks (OCP environment exposure)
• Assist with tool upgrades, agent deployment, and infrastructure expansion
• Develop automation scripts and support DevOps practices

Key Skils

• Strong experience with monitoring tools (OEM, BHOM, Splunk, Geneos, Entuity)
• Knowledge of Oracle databases and system administration
• Background in open systems, storage, networking, and virtualization
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence
