System Analyst
Summary
System Analyst role focused on third-party risk management, supplier/vendor governance, and Business Continuity Management within an offshore banking/financial services delivery environment. Core work involves coordinating risk assessments, compliance reviews, vendor performance, and management reporting/dashboards via advanced Excel.
- Minimum understanding of third-party risk management, supplier governance, and control frameworks.
- Experience coordinating risk assessments, compliance reviews and remediation tracking.
- Experience supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM), disaster recovery exercises, operational resilience testing, or crisis management activities.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in metrics reporting, dashboard preparation, and management reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong vendor management skills, including performance monitoring, issue management, escalation handling, and governance coordination.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across Risk, Procurement, Compliance, Technology, and Operations functions.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive actions to closure.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Required SKills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Risk Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in offshore delivery environments, supplier governance, vendor management, operational risk management, or project governance.
- Familiarity with banking, financial services, or regulated environments will be an advantage.
