Systems Support Engineer

Join our IT Services team and help support the technology that powers our corporate operations, guest experiences, and mountain environments.
This hands-on role provides technical support across multiple businesses and locations, ensuring critical systems remain secure, reliable, and operational.
What You'll Do
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, end-user devices, and telephony systems
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Exchange Online
- Manage incidents and service requests through Freshservice
- Support operational technologies including access control, POS systems, digital signage, and connectivity services
- Maintain IT assets, documentation, and knowledge base articles
- Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery
- Participate in an on-call roster, including winter season and weekend support
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Systems Engineer, IT Administrator, IT Support, or Service Desk role.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft identity management (eg AD, Entra), and Intune environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience supporting multi-site environments
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Freshservice or similar ITSM platforms
