Systems Implementation Specialist

Lead the end-to-end deployment of Nomni's enterprise solutions in Indonesia, from initial scoping through successful go-live, while ensuring smooth integrations, customized configurations, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients from discovery and scoping through rollout and post-deployment support.
• Gather client requirements and tailor Nomni's solutions accordingly.
• Lead system configuration, customization, and integration.
• Act as the primary implementation contact for client stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate internal technical teams.
• Maintain implementation documentation and timelines.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Identify process improvements and optimize implementation practices.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in system implementation, preferably in POS, SaaS, or related technology industries.
• Experience as a systems installer, solutions consultant, or project manager.
• Hands-on experience with software installation, configuration, and API integration.
• Ability to manage complex client rollouts on time and within budget.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems.
• High proficiency in Excel or SQL.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Understanding of Indonesian business practices and cultural context.
