TA Recruiter (6 Months Contract) (Insurance Industry) #NKC

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Advise the business on candidate market trends, talent availability and recruitment practices.

Source and identify suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.

Conduct phone, video and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates.

Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer stage.

Conduct salary benchmarking and support offer discussions.

Work closely with HR Business Partners on workforce planning and market trends.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external vendors.

Support hiring managers on interview processes and best practices.

Perform other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
