TA Strategy and Transformation Manager

The Talent Acquisition Strategy & Transformation Manager serves as the operational strategist and execution partner for the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive execution of enterprise initiatives, and ensure accountability across Talent Acquisition functions.The position creates structure, visibility, and alignment across recruiting operations, workforce initiatives, technology strategies, and transformation efforts.
Operating with a high degree of independence, this role partners closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and enterprise stakeholders to improve recruiting effectiveness, streamline hiring and onboarding processes, advance technology adoption, and ensure strategic initiatives remain on track.
This is a strategic, systems-oriented role that blends business operations, program management, recruitment operations, workforce intelligence, and disciplined execution.
Position Details:
Minium Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, HR operations, workforce strategy, business operations, program management, or organizational transformation.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects or initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Experience improving processes and supporting the implementation and adoption of new systems, tools, or ways of working.
- Experience using recruiting, workforce, or operational data to identify trends, measure progress, and support decision-making.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience with recruiting technology, reporting tools, automation, or AI-enabled solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work with senior operational leaders, facilitate discussions, communicate clearly, and move work forward without direct authority.
