Lead end-to-end NPD projects from concept to launch, ensuring on-time commercialization

Apply YUM NPC process to drive structured and disciplined project execution

Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across development stages

Drive cross-functional alignment with R&D, SCM, QA, Marketing, and suppliers

Resolve issues and ensure smooth execution throughout project lifecycle

Lead cost estimation and optimization with SCM to meet target margins

Evaluate product feasibility across cost, supply, and operational readiness

Ensure product specs, labeling, and documentation meet regulatory and QA requirements

Oversee regulatory submission readiness and supplier compliance (GFSI / QA standards)

Coach and guide junior team members; support team capability development

Identify and drive continuous improvement in development processes
