Talent Acquisition Administrator/Senior Administrator
About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator/ Senior Administrator to join our Human Capital team. In this role, you will support our graduate recruitment and internship programmes, working closely with the internal stakeholders to recruit early-career talent. You may also participate in and support broader HR functions as part of a collaborative and dynamic team in ad hoc HR projects and firm-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end management of the firm’s graduate recruitment and internship programmes.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing recruitment activities and events, including career fairs, seminar talks and recruitment teas.
- Manage candidate pipelines and monitor application progress through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Handle day-to-day recruitment administration, including candidate communications and the onboarding and offboarding of interns and trainees.
- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with universities, law schools, and other educational institutions.
- Support the execution of campus publicity and recruitment initiatives to maximise the reach of recruitment campaigns and attract high-quality applicants.
- Maintain familiarity with the guidelines and requirements set out by the relevant authorities and agencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate applications, recruitment activities, and related records.
- Support other ad-hoc HR functions as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR administration
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative
- A collaborative team player who works well with colleagues across functions
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Genuine passion for recruitment and early-career talent development
