• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and recruitment timelines.
• Manage talent pipelines effectively while ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within recruitment systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and other applicant tracking platforms.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes and onboarding documentation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, networking events, and other talent attraction activities.
• Utilize AI-powered tools and data-driven sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
• Leverage automation tools, workflow solutions, and standardized communication templates to improve recruitment efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of digital Talent Acquisition solutions, including ATS improvements, recruitment dashboards, and chatbot technologies.
• Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to streamline hiring operations, enhance scalability, and improve overall recruitment effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development of AI-enabled Talent Acquisition playbooks, best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruitment workflow guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource
• Prior recruitment or TA internship experience is advantageous
