Talent Acquisition Executive (Catering) ID - 35708

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with strong experience in the catering business to manage recruitment and mobilization activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience recruiting overseas blue-collar manpower as well as in-country white-collar employees.

• • Manage end-to-end recruitment for overseas blue-collar employees.
  • Recruit in-country white-collar employees based on business requirements.
  • Source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate selection.
  • Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
  • Manage candidate documentation and recruitment follow-ups.
  • Coordinate the complete mobilization process for selected candidates.
  • Ensure candidates are mobilized and deployed within the required timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams regarding manpower requirements and joining dates.
  • Support high-volume recruitment requirements for catering operations.
  • Ensure smooth and timely recruitment and mobilization of manpower.

• • Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Must have experience recruiting overseas blue-collar manpower.
  • Must have experience recruiting in-country white-collar employees.
  • Catering industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience handling high-volume recruitment and mobilization is highly preferred.
  • Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and meet joining deadlines.
