Talent Acquisition Executive (Open for fresh graduate)

Job Description:

1. Telephonically & personally interviewing candidates
2. Screening candidates
3. Shortlisting profiles and arranging interviews
4. Follow up/coordination with potential candidates. Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies
5. Taking preliminary interview round
6. Salary negotiation with successful candidates
7. Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
8. Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities on HR Information System

Requirements

1. Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Phycology, or related field.
2. Fresh Graduates most welcome to apply (training provided).
3. Minimum 6 months on a similar role added advantage.
4. Proficient in English, both oral and written.
5. Proficient in Mandarin and or Cantonese will be an advantage
6. Good Time Management
7. Able to work under pressure
8. Able to interact with all levels
9. Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
10. Able to work independently and in a team
11. Interpersonal skills
12. Problem Solving skills
13. Counselling skills
14. Mentoring skills
