💰 Basic Salary: $3,000–$3,200 monthly
💵 Additional Earnings: Recruitment commission

About the Role

Join an established entertainment and hospitality group as a Talent Acquisition Executive. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, work closely with hiring managers, and earn commission while supporting the company’s hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to successful hiring.
• Identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen résumés, conduct interviews, and recommend suitable candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Prepare employment offers, manage negotiations, and support offer acceptances.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Monitor hiring progress, maintain recruitment records, and prepare reports.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment-related projects.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Experience hiring for F&B, hospitality, entertainment, retail, or frontline positions is advantageous.
• Familiarity with job portals, social media sourcing, and candidate screening.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working towards recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin when liaising with Mandarin-speaking candidates and stakeholders.
