We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern!

If you're passionate about people, recruiting, and want to start your career in Talent Acquisition, this is an opportunity to learn by doing. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work directly with our Talent Acquisition Lead, participating in real recruitment processes and gaining hands-on experience in an international company.

We're looking for someone curious, proactive, and organized who enjoys learning, communicating with people, and finding opportunities to improve the way we attract and select talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Support job postings and proactive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools, and universities
• Screen resumes and assist in identifying potential candidates
• Contact candidates, conduct follow-ups, and coordinate interviews
• Support the coordination and tracking of recruitment assessments
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment process information in Greenhouse and other internal trackers
• Support university recruiting initiatives, career fairs, Bootcamp, and other talent attraction activities
• Support onboarding, engagement initiatives, and selected People team projects
• Identify opportunities to improve our recruitment processes and candidate experience

What We're Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or Human Resources
• Intermediate to advanced English, written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Previous Recruitment or HR experience is not required
