Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years' experience in high-volume overseas recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring talent across Asia and Africa. 3. Highly organized, proactive, energetic, and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 4. Open to EU/CIS nationals only.
