Position Title: Talent Acquisition – Overseas & Bulk (2) Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 18,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based international Shipping & Logistics company serving connecting continents with world-class maritime solutions. Job Description: • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for overseas and bulk hiring campaigns across Asia, Africa, and other international locations. • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for technical, operational, and professional positions. • Coordinate expatriate recruitment activities, including international sourcing strategies and candidate pipeline management. • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and project timelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 4 years' experience in high-volume overseas recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring talent across Asia and Africa. • Highly organized, proactive, energetic, and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Open to EU/CIS nationals.
