Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for continuously seeking out top talent and developing a compelling employment brand.
Determining current staffing needs and producing forecasts.
Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Own individual hiring targets as well for the team.

Requirements:

Graduate/MBA with 5 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition.
Proven experience as talent acquisition manager / team leading - a small team of recruiters.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Early phase startup experience - 0 to 1 / 1 to 10 journeys.
