We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tax Manager with over 5 years of public accounting expertise, specifically servicing high net worth individual clients. Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in accounting from a reputable accounting program (masters in taxation is a plus).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a CPA firm.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in supervising, training, and mentoring staff, including participating in performance reviews.
- Technical Skills: Excellent technical and research skills.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients. Strong writing skills for addressing tax notices.
- Time Management: Great time management skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Independence: Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
