Tax Senior Manager (Automotive)

We are assisting a well-known Automotive company that is looking to hire a Tax Senior Manager position. This role will be responsible for the entire of operations and marketing initiatives.

Job Description:

• Develop and manage tax strategies to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.

• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams, and business units leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective tax planning.

• Implement and monitor internal controls and tax policies to minimise risk and optimise tax efficiencies.

• Manage and lead the tax disputes process (tax audits, tax objection and tax appeal).

• Stay abreast of the changes on tax rules and regulations and timely communicate to various stakeholders, assess their impact and suggest actions to mitigate the risk and tap into potential planning opportunities.

• Lead and develop the tax compliance and tax dispute teams.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certification preferred.

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in tax management or a related role, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.

• Proven track record of successful tax planning, tax compliance, and tax disputes (tax audits, tax objection and tax appeal)

• Professionally certified in Brevet A and B is a must.

• Experience in retail and automotive business is a plus.

• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Familiar with tax software and Microsoft Office.
