TCM Sales Consultant

· Consultation & Sales: Recommend suitable TCM wellness packages, herbs, or treatments to clients and hit monthly revenue goals.

· Customer Care: Build long-term relationships, follow up on patient progress, and manage appointment bookings.

· Clinic Support: Handle cashiering, basic front-desk duties, and inventory housekeeping.

Requirements

· Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Mandarin to consult local and Mandarin-speaking patients or partners.

· Experience: 1 year of retail, clinic, or wellness sales experience.

· Knowledge: Keen interest or background in TCM, health supplements, or spa/wellness therapies.

· Soft Skills: Strong communication, target-driven mindset, and a customer-first attitude
