Requirements:
SEO Expertise

• Min. 3 years of commercial SEO experience
• Min. 1 year in a leadership role in iGaming
• Deep understanding of search engine principles
• Expert understanding of Google ranking factors and algorithms + ability to respond to updates
• Experience developing and implementing SEO strategies
• Experience working in highly competitive niches
• Ability to analyze traffic dynamics, identify the causes of traffic drops, and formulate a recovery plan
• Experience working with iGaming projects: blockages, dropped domains, migrations, satellite sites, cloaking
• Ability to conduct technical audits and properly assign tasks to developers
• A/B testing of SEO hypotheses: formulation, implementation, evaluation

Strategic Thinking

• Ability to develop a long-term SEO strategy
• Understanding of SEO impact on business metrics
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement them
• Ability to make strategic decisions based on data
• Understanding of business priorities

Team & Project Management

• Experience managing an SEO team (or mentoring specialists)
• Skills in specialist development
• Skills in conducting performance reviews and setting development goals
• Skills in hiring and evaluating specialists
• Ability to allocate projects based on competencies and workload
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously in a control/management capacity rather than execution
• Backlog management skills: prioritization, deadline control, risk management
• Ability to delegate while maintaining quality control rather than micromanaging

Process Management

• Ability to implement best practices
• Ability to improve team efficiency
• Experience standardizing processes

Responsibilities:
Project Results Management

• Oversee the development and implementation of SEO strategies across projects
• Identify and scale growth opportunities
• Monitor KPI achievement across all SEO projects within the team
• Regularly audit project status: rankings, traffic, and business metrics
• Timely identify traffic drops and coordinate recovery efforts
• Forecast results and adjust strategies in a timely manner

SEO Team Management

• Coordinate and oversee the work of SEO specialists to achieve project KPIs
• Allocate projects among specialists based on their level, workload, and development areas
• Control the quality of specialists’ work
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings
• Develop the team’s professional expertise
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new employees
• Conduct performance reviews: assess competencies and set development goals

Process Management

• Implement and maintain best practices within the team
• Ensure all SEO activities are performed systematically and on time and contribute to achieving set KPIs
• Standardize and maintain work documentation
• Improve team efficiency
• Identify process bottlenecks and initiate improvements

Budget & Resource Management

• Monitor project expenses within the approved budget
• Evaluate the effectiveness of budget allocation

Cross-Team Collaboration
