Summary
Senior Technical Business Analyst supporting critical system upgrade initiatives, eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements, facilitating workshops, and managing stakeholders through end-to-end project delivery. Experience with Citrix, Control-M, and Delphix is a plus.

Exciting Opportunity: Senior Technical Business AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support critical system upgrade initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on BA with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proven track record of delivering technology-focused projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders
- Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts and documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders
- Support end-to-end project delivery from discovery through to implementation
- Identify project impacts, risks, dependencies, and opportunities
- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of system upgrade initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a dedicated Senior Business Analyst
- Proven experience delivering system upgrade, infrastructure upgrade, application upgrade, or technology refresh projects
- Strong experience in: Requirements gathering and documentation, Workshop facilitation, Stakeholder management, Business process analysis, supporting end-to-end project delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience working within complex enterprise environments
- Experience with Citrix, Control-M, Delphix technologies is advantageous but not essential:
Please note: We are specifically seeking candidates with recent, hands-on experience in a dedicated Senior Business Analyst role. This position is best suited to individuals currently operating in a Technical Business Analyst capacity rather than performing Project Management, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or other delivery management responsibilities.
