We are looking for a professional to act as a technical reference in the evolution of our Martech Data Platform, leading architectural decisions, ensuring quality and scalability, and supporting the team's development.
Key responsibilities:
Lead critical data pipelines, including ingestion, processing, and serving, using AI tools to optimize processes and increase productivity.
• Conduct integrations with external platforms, especially Salesforce, ensuring the scalability and reliability of solutions.
• Define and evolve data engineering standards, observability, governance, quality, and SLA management.
• Manage platform operations and monitor costs, promoting operational efficiency and optimized resource usage.
• Lead architecture decisions with a focus on performance, security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor data engineers, disseminating best practices, stimulating collaboration, and encouraging the use of Artificial Intelligence to gain productivity and innovation.
Qualifications
• Solid experience in Data Engineering and building scalable solutions.
• Experience in technical leadership of teams and data projects.
• Knowledge of data architecture and definition of engineering standards.
• Experience with data ingestion, transformation, and standardization in highly complex environments.
• Knowledge of data quality, governance, and observability.
• Ability to drive architectural decisions with a focus on performance, security, and operational efficiency.
• Experience with modern data platforms, especially Databricks and AWS.
• Experience with integrations with corporate platforms, with an emphasis on Salesforce.
• Proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving oriented profile.
• Interest in innovation and the application of Artificial Intelligence to gain productivity and efficiency.
