Technical Platform Product Manager

Execute product strategies for global banking and payments products by driving API-first initiatives, defining requirements and success metrics, coordinating cross-functional delivery, managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, monitoring performance, and advocating for customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Drive API-first initiatives and integrate with third-party systems.
• Publish product requirement documents with low-fidelity wireframes and measurable metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead product development from ideation through launch.
• Deliver features and enhancements on schedule.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
• Advocate for customer needs throughout development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B fintech organization with an API platform.
• Strong technical background and understanding of APIs.
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of product features.
• Knowledge of global fintech and fiat, cross-border, or crypto products is a plus.
