Technical Program Manager

You will lead cross-functional technical programs driving the development, integration, and delivery of secure, scalable financial technology solutions. The role manages projects across product and engineering teams and coordinates Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, external partners, vendors, financial institutions, and technology partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs across product and engineering teams.
• Monitor scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Compliance, Risk, Security, Operations, and external partners.
• Facilitate technical and business discussions and document decisions.
• Establish governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Monitor program performance using KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.
• Support production deployments, change management, breaking changes, and related communications.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, financial institutions, and technology partners.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management.
• 2+ years of experience supporting fintech initiatives such as banking, payments, trading, or other financial services.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale technical projects involving distributed systems, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks such as KYC, AML, Customer Risk Rating, and Watchlists.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Preferred experience with embedded finance, financial APIs, crypto, trading, or brokerages.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of data security, fraud prevention, and risk management practices.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certification is preferred.
• Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced fintech environments is preferred.
