Technical Project Manager - Enterprise Technology Integration

We're seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead a critical enterprise technology integration program within a large Australian organisation.

This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can quickly establish direction, manage multiple technical workstreams and confidently engage senior stakeholders to deliver complex business outcomes.

About the Opportunity

You'll lead the technology stream of a major business integration program involving cloud services, identity, collaboration platforms, data migration and enterprise applications.
The program is already underway, so we're looking for someone who can step in quickly, establish momentum and successfully drive delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the technology workstream.
• Develop and execute an achievable delivery plan.
• Coordinate multiple technical teams and vendors.
• Manage executive stakeholders across business and technology.
• Drive technology transition and integration activities.
• Manage project governance, risks, dependencies and reporting.
• Ensure successful operational transition and business readiness.

You'll Bring

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise technology projects.
• Strong background in post-merger integration or large-scale transformation.
• Experience across Microsoft technologies, identity and access management, enterprise applications and data migration.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs and application decommissioning.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver within complex matrix organisations.
