We're seeking a hands-on, technically strong Project Manager to drive delivery of AI-first SaaS products from concept to launch. You'll combine sharp project management fundamentals with real technical understanding and be able to engage credibly with engineering, challenge technical decisions, and keep delivery on time, in scope, and on budget.

You'll own the full project lifecycle, coordinating onshore and offshore teams, managing client relationships, and driving application development and integration projects to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scope & Requirements: Define project scope and objectives; translate business needs into clear BRDs and acceptance criteria. Handling extensive customisation on top of the base product, including engineering stack implementations (web apps, mobile apps, integrations with POS, ERP, marketing channels, SMS/email gateways).
• Plan & Deliver: Build and drive detailed project plans, timelines, resourcing, milestones, budget and own delivery outcomes
• Technical & AI Leadership: Partner closely with engineering and product to drive AI-first delivery; get into the technical detail, participate in solution decisions, and ensure feasibility aligns with business goals
• Reporting: Keep documentation sharp and current; report clearly to senior leadership and clients. Listening to calls, meeting customers, conducting interviews, and detailing stakeholder requirements.Stitching business requirements into a Business Requirement Document (BRD) using AI.
• Quality: Drive testing and QA processes to ensure products actually perform. Guiding AI for test case generation, playing a crucial role in QA
• Stakeholder Management: Be the trusted point of contact for clients providing clear, proactive communication on progress, risk, and issues
• Continuous Improvement: Push the team's delivery process to keep getting better

What you'll bring:

• 4-7 years in Project Management / Software Delivery, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, tech, or startup environments
• AI-driven approach; using AI on day-to-day basis for project scheduling, development, QA, and generating project plans and business requirements. Curiosity and experimentation with AI are valued
• Hands-on understanding of SDLC, APIs, SaaS products and technical delivery
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Proficiency with JIRA, Trello, or similar
• Sharp problem-solving instincts with a technical, hands-on mindset
• Ease of working across Engineering, Product, Analytics, and Delivery teams
• Excellent communication verbal, written, and presentation
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptability and agility to navigate situations and understand customer perspectives as well as the ability to "read the room" and understand customer thinking.
