Technical Recruiter
You will identify, attract, and close exceptional technical talent across Alchemy. You will partner with engineering and product leaders to understand business needs, develop recruiting strategies, build high-performing teams, influence hiring decisions, and advise leaders across the company.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions, including Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Product Engineering, Security, Data, Product Management, Design, and Technical Operations.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to understand organizational priorities and develop aligned hiring strategies.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and community engagement.
- Identify and engage exceptional passive candidates from technology companies, startups, and research institutions.
- Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience through offer acceptance.
- Advise hiring teams on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, interview design, and hiring best practices.
- Partner with interviewers and hiring managers to maintain a high hiring bar and efficient, inclusive processes.
- Use recruiting data and funnel analytics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Build scalable recruiting programs, interviewer training, assessment frameworks, and recruiting operations.
- Champion Alchemy's culture and values throughout the recruiting process.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruiting agency.
- Demonstrated success hiring software engineers and technical talent across multiple levels.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive technical candidates.
- Experience recruiting for technical domains such as infrastructure, distributed systems, backend engineering, machine learning, AI, security, developer tools, or platform engineering.
- Ability to build credibility and influence with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience using recruiting metrics for decision-making.
