Technical Sales Advisor Hungary

At TVH, we’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Sales Adviso who will be the trusted first point of contact for our customers and ensure they feel heard, helped and supported.
This role is based in Waregem, Belgium.
Your role and responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for customer questions, requests and complaints across different channels.
Handle customer data and documentation accurately in our systems.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships by thinking along with their needs and identifying growth opportunities.
Share valuable customer insights with internal teams to support account planning and continuous improvement.
Help customers with their technical questions.
Guide customers in making the most of our e-commerce platform.
Represent TVH at fairs and events, strengthening customer connections.
Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and share knowledge with colleagues.
How to succeed / Your profile
You have a strong customer-first mindset, experience in customer service is a plus.
You have a technical background or a strong interest and are willing to learn.
You are fluent in Hungarian (both written and spoken). A good knowledge of English (written and spoken) is a must.
You are solution-driven, resilient and enjoy finding the right answer.
You’re well-organized, able to set priorities and keep overview in a dynamic environment.
You’re a true team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting others.
