Sales Engineer
- Location: Vision Exchange, Jurong East
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- UP to $4,000 basic salary + variable bonus.
In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with commercial acumen to identify opportunities, develop customer relationships, and provide tailored engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend effective engineering solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and technical specifications.
- Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and quotation submission to negotiation and project award.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and business development initiatives.
- Travel locally and internationally to meet clients, support projects, and strengthen business relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of experience in sales engineer (Offshore/Marine)
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence and be willing to travel independently for business purposes.
