Technical Sourcer (Contract)

Research, source, identify, and engage qualified engineering candidates across Europe while building a healthy top-of-funnel pipeline, assessing initial candidate fit, evaluating technical ability, engaging passive candidates, and partnering with the recruiter to introduce qualified candidates into the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Implement creative sourcing strategies
• Engage and evaluate technical candidates
• Build and maintain top-of-funnel engineering pipelines
• Assess initial candidate fit
• Manage day-to-day pipelines with urgency
• Partner with the recruiter to introduce candidates into the interview process

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical sourcing experience
• Experience managing complex technical roles
• Proven success identifying and engaging technical talent
• High attention to detail
• Strong English verbal and written communication
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate across European time zones
