Technical Sourcing Manager

Manage strategic sourcing of PCBA components and supplier relationships in Taipei, including commercial negotiations, new product introduction support, cost optimisation, supplier performance, supply risk mitigation, quality resolution, and procurement process development.

Responsibilities

• Source PCBA components
• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and contracts
• Manage supplier relationships
• Support new product introduction and build planning
• Drive cost optimisation initiatives
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Resolve supplier quality problems
• Analyse market trends, component availability, and pricing
• Develop procurement processes, tools, and guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of supply chain experience
• High-tech sector experience
• Understanding of material planning cycles
• Experience managing EE component suppliers and OEM/ODM partnerships
• Procurement experience in electronics or hardware manufacturing
• Knowledge of the PCBA component market and global supplier landscapes
• Cross-functional coordination experience
• Analytical skills
• Commercial judgment
• Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency preferred
