Technical Writer and Trainer

Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for DevTools and Web3 tools; deliver training, explain complex concepts, gather feedback, update content, and collaborate with developers, product teams, and customer support.

Responsibilities

• Create technical documentation for DevTools and Web3 tools
• Create user guides and training materials
• Design and deliver training sessions for diverse audiences
• Explain Web3 concepts to beginner and advanced users
• Gather user feedback and improve documentation and training content
• Stay informed about Web3 tools and concepts
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and customer support

Requirements

• At least 2 years of technical documentation experience
• Experience creating user guides and training materials
• Understanding of software development and DevTools concepts
• Understanding of Web3 principles and terminology
• Ability to design and deliver training sessions
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in writing and verbally
• Familiarity with Safe Wallet SDK, The Graph, Chainlink, ThirdWeb, WalletConnect, Tenderly, Alchemy, and Infura
