A leading financial services organization is seeking a Technology Resilience Project Coordinator to support enterprise-wide resilience initiatives across infrastructure, applications, cloud platforms, and operational technology teams. The organization focuses on maintaining a strong technology foundation, improving operational maturity, and strengthening recovery capabilities through disciplined planning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
This role will join a team responsible for coordinating strategic resilience programs, supporting disaster recovery activities, improving governance processes, and translating complex technical information into clear communications for technology stakeholders and leadership.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Coordinate technology resilience, disaster recovery, and recovery testing initiatives across multiple technology organizations.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, action items, and deliverables to support successful execution.
- Participate in technical discussions with infrastructure, cloud, application, database, networking, storage, and security teams.
- Support recovery testing activities, incident reviews, root cause follow-ups, and remediation tracking.
- Analyze resilience gaps, operational trends, and improvement opportunities to enhance technology readiness.
- Develop executive-ready presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting materials for leadership updates.
- Maintain and improve ServiceNow reporting capabilities, workflows, and operational metrics.
- Support process improvements that create scalable and repeatable resilience practices.
Are you an experienced technology project coordinator ready to make an impact?
- 3–5 years of experience supporting technical project coordination, technology operations, infrastructure support, cloud operations, production support, disaster recovery, application support, or technology program initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and operational processes.
- Experience participating in technical discussions involving:
- Servers and infrastructure
- Databases
- Networking
- Storage platforms
- Cloud environments
- Backup and recovery technologies
- Enterprise applications
- Ability to translate technical information into clear business communications and executive presentations.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel, reporting, and documentation skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, or workflow improvements preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
