Temenos Lead Implementation Specialist

Lead the transformation of Unlimit’s Temenos ecosystem into an AI-native, self-optimizing core banking platform. The role combines Temenos architecture, integration, configuration, automation, compliance, performance optimization, and technical leadership across payments and banking services.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize Temenos Transact (T24) modules based on business requirements.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and actionable implementation plans.
• Oversee configuration, deployment, and CI/CD processes for Temenos Transact modules.
• Ensure seamless integration with external systems using modern architecture practices.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, business, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to payment standards and security and reliability best practices.
• Lead architecture strategy, AI-enabled monitoring, automation, upgrades, and integrations with real-time data and fintech ecosystems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the Temenos environment, with experience in senior product engineering or similar roles.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and teams.
• Advanced knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24), AA, TPH, Product Builder, Integration Framework, DSF, and Design Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Expertise in event-driven architecture and API integrations.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET, BACS, CHAPS, and FPS payment standards.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
• Banking, credit card, or payment industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with data migration, Temenos Data Hub, JIRA, Confluence, SCRUM, and Agile preferred.
