Temenos Test Project Manager (Agency Contract)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee end-to-end testing service delivery across Finance and Private Banking programs.
• Coordinate with testing vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of testing activities.
• Review and approve testing deliverables, including test strategies, plans, reports, and related artefacts.
• Monitor testing progress, risks, defects, SLAs, and KPIs, and provide regular status reporting.
• Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, security, and governance teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
• Manage testing scope changes, issue escalations, and stakeholder communications.
• Support testing transformation initiatives, governance reviews, audits, and process improvements.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with vendor test managers, project teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in test management, test delivery, or quality assurance within large and complex organizations.
• Experience in Private Banking platforms such as Temenos, Avaloq and similar wealth management solutions are mandatory.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test management frameworks, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid Agile, and DevOps delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, HP ALM/Quality Center, Tosca, Selenium, LoadRunner.
• Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, PMP, or familiarity with TMMi will be an advantage
