Temp Customer Service Staff | Up to $15/hr | Raffles Place | 3-Month Contract

📍 Location: One Marina Boulevard, Raffles Place
📄 Contract: ASAP – End December 2026
🕘 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–6.00pm

💰 Hourly Rate

• MIN Under Diploma / O-Level: $10/hr

• MIN Diploma: $11/hr

• MIN Undergraduate: $12/hr

• Min Degree Holder: $15/hr

📋 What You'll Be Doing

• Support customer service counter and concierge duties

• Handle membership enquiries and customer requests

• Assist with UTAP, gift claims and hardship grant applications

• Create and update cases in the CRM system

• Maintain the daily appointment list

• Assist with frontline transactions including:

  • Membership sign-ups

  • Assistance programme submissions

  • Card replacement

• Extract daily, weekly and monthly CRM performance reports

• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmation when required

• Perform data entry and other administrative duties

• Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
