Temp Staff (Architect) | Toa Payoh
Summary
A 1-year temporary architectural role in Toa Payoh evaluating addition & alteration submissions and renovation work for existing properties. You collaborate with client architects and building managers to assess technical compliance, manage queries, and consult agencies on statutory requirements.
Job Scope:
- You will be part of an architectural team involved in the technical evaluation of addition and alteration (A&A) submissions and renovation work proposals for existing properties.
- In the course of your daily work, you will collaborate with the client's Architects and Building Managers to evaluate architectural work items in accordance with the client's technical requirements and renovation guidelines.
- You will also manage queries from applicants, including contractors and residents, resolve issues to ensure compliance, and consult relevant agencies on matters relating to statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Background in Architecture or similar building related field.
- Candidates with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in preparation of architectural project drawings and/or site management of building projects will be preferred.
- Experience and good understanding in architectural detailing, construction method and building materials will be an asset.
Contract Period: 1 year
Working Arrangement:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6pm
- Friday: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Salary: $18/hr
