Temporary Event Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Telecalling & Database Development Executive to support the promotion and delegate outreach for the 7th MENA Higher Education Leadership Forum (MENA-HELF 2026).

The role will focus on making outbound calls, identifying relevant higher education professionals and institutions, building and maintaining a high-quality database, and generating interest and registrations for the Forum.

Build, expand, and regularly update a targeted database of higher education institutions and decision-makers.

Skills

Bilingual ( Arabic & English) and good communication skills
