Our client is a Leading Financial Institution, they invite bright and energetic candidate for the following vacancy:

Temporary Project Manager (Digitalisation Office)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Data Lead and PMO Lead, you will be responsible for delivery of multiple data projects within digitalisation programme for HKMA
• You will work with teams of technologists with specialities in Data platforms, Data Governance, Data Engineering and Data Analytics. As the project manager, you plan, execute and monitor projects including quality assurance and risk management, manage budget and submit progress reports to business and technology stakeholders
• Engage stakeholders through clear communication, manage their understanding, expectations and involvement in the data programme.
• Work with Digitalisation Programme PMO to support programme level reporting
• Keep abreast of relevant technological advancements, and development of regulatory compliance and industry best practices for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• University degree in computer science, software engineering or related fields
• At least five years of experience in project / programme management
• Experience in managing data projects is a must
• Experience in managing cross departmental projects in enterprise environment is preferable
• Experience in managing large scale data infrastructure project is preferable
• Good knowledge of agile methodology and DevSecOps
• Exposure in latest technology in Big data, AI, Machine Learning and API, both commercial and open source
• Team management and problem-solving skills; self-motivated, creative and with proven track record in developing and driving firm-wide initiatives
• Ability to do researches and analyses thoroughly and resourcefully
• Strong interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills
