Temporary Senior Business Analyst (11-month contract)

The Job

• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, process review, and documentation for system enhancement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate project governance activities, including project planning, progress monitoring, risk and issue tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Support IT governance, compliance, risk assessment, privacy assessment, and follow-up on mitigation actions in accordance with required standards.
• Coordinate / Support the Emergency Call Systems enhancement projects, monitor implementation progress, and ensure adherence to established service, safety, and system standards.
• Liaise with internal users, IT teams, vendors, and external parties to facilitate solution design, testing, deployment, user readiness, and operational transition.

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in business analysis, project coordination, system implementation, or IT governance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of IT governance, compliance, risk management, vendor coordination, and UAT processes.
• Experience in healthcare, elderly services, social services, or life-safety systems would be an advantage.
