Role Description

We’re seeking a Territory Manager based in the Southern California area who will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and supporting customers within an assigned geographic region.

This role combines relationship management, technical product education, and strategic territory planning. You will work closely with contractors, distributors, and design professionals to promote STI’s firestop solutions and ensure successful project outcomes.

This is a fully remote role that requires frequent travel within the Southern California market to support customers and drive sales activity.


What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate sales efforts on large projects.
  • Set up and manage distribution of the company products.
  • Sustain a rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Consistently identify new sources of business.
  • Make effective presentations to a variety of audiences.
  • Articulate ideas clearly and concisely to a diverse audience in a variety of settings.
  • Able to meet and surpass sales goals.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to relate to customers’ requests and needs and deliver solutions.
  • Available to travel as required throughout the region.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
